To meet the needs of our clients, Monaghan Financial Services, Inc. was established as a Colorado CPA firm to provide accounting, tax, financial planning and business advisory services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout the Denver Metropolitan area. As a member of the Garrett Planning Network, we specialize in providing fee-only financial planning services and investment advice to individuals and families. Recognizing that each client has unique goals, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. To better meet the needs of our clients, we have individualized services for clients in industries like real estate accounting, healthcare accounting, professional services and various consumer services. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.

Thomas J. Monaghan, CPA/PFS, CFP®, CCPS

Tom has provided accounting, business advisory and tax services to business entitities and individuals for well over thirty years. He has worked with the National Accounting Firm of BDO Seidman as well as starting his own accounting firm twenty-seven years ago. During that time, he has provided high quality, personalized service to a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-size companies in a variety of diverse industries. Tom's background in public accounting gives him a unique perspective into the financial, tax and business needs of your company.

Tom is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado.
